Jamie Baby Blanket - DK knitting pattern - PDF

The Jamie Baby Blanket is a simple garter stitch and lace pattered blanket with a new, contemporary look.

The blanket edges are knitted at the same time as the main blanket, so there is no need to pick up stitches, and are separated from the main pattern by an attractive slip stitch.

The pattern instructions are both written and charted so you can work from whichever you prefer.

The pattern is written for two sizes: 
Small: 24 x 30 inches / 79 x 102 cm.
Large: 31 x 40 inches / 61 x 76 cm.

To knit this blanket you will need:
Any suitable standard DK weight yarn -
Small: approx. 5 x 50g
Large: 8 x 50g
(exact meterage is given in the pattern if needed)

Needles:  4mm - either straight or circular. A circular needle of at least 80cm long is recommended to accommodate the number of stitches.
