Once you have placed an order:

PDF FILE: you will receive a link to download your purchase as soon as payment has been completed.

PRE-PRINTED PATTERNS OR OTHER PYSICAL PRODUCTS:

All orders are dispatched next day via a priority mail box at the sorting office.

All orders for five or more patterns are shipped out using Royal Mail Tracked postal service automatically and you will recieve a tracking number for your order.

Returns

PDF files.

Digital downloads are non-refundable. However, if you have a problem with your purchase, please do contact me I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

Physical Goods

If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from me, please do contact me within seven days of purchase.

I except returns up to 30 days after purchace as long as the item is still in a new and unused condition.

Please send the item back to me with your purchase details and I will be happy to give you a refund. I do not cover the return postage costs.

At the moment, pre-printed patterns are only available for postage within the UK.

I print my patterns on Carbon Neutral, FSC certified card. Patterns which are two pages long are printed, double sided, onto 300gsm A4 card. Patterns which are more than two pages are printed onto 250gsm A3 card, double sided, and folded into a full-size A4 leaflet.

All patterns are posted in a hard-backed envelope so that they reach you in the best possible condition.
