Trillium Blanket - 4ply & DK Knitting Pattern - PRINTED

The pattern will be printed onto FSC 200gsm A3 Card and folded into a full-size A4 folded leaflet. Your pattern will be posted in a hard-backed envelope to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
To save on plastic waste, I do not put patterns into a plastic sleeve.

A beautifully simple but stylish baby blanket
knitted in DK or 4ply weight yarn.
The simple eyelet pattern forms many little
trillium, or three petal flowers, in an all over design. The blanket is edged with garter stitch to give a non-curling sturdy edge.

Finished Dimensions: approx. 66 x 76 cm / 26 x 30 inches
Yarn:
DK blanket: approx. 5 x 50g balls of a soft DK weight yarn — Total yarn length 850 meters / 930 yards .
4 ply blanket: approx. 6 x 50g balls of a soft 4ply yarn — Total yarn length 1090 meters / 1195 yards .
Tension:
DK blanket: 22 sts x 28 rows to 10cm / 4 inches.
4 ply blanket: 28 sts x 36 rows to 10cm / 4 inches.
Tension is not crucial but working to a different tension will give you a blanket of a different size and
may use more or less yarn.
Needles:
For DK blanket: 4mm (or the size to get you the correct tension)
For 4ply blanket: 3.5 mm needles (or the size to get you the correct tension)
